General Questions
Who we are and what we actually do.
We provide end-to-end travel and lifestyle solutions for NRI families and discerning travellers: airport transfers, chauffeur-driven cars, hotel and resort reservations, venue booking, wedding and event management, content creation, and customised domestic and international journeys. All of it runs through one point of contact.
Primarily NRI families visiting India, and travellers who would rather not coordinate a dozen vendors from another time zone. We work with families arriving for a wedding, for a holiday, for a pilgrimage, or simply to see relatives.
One person who knows your trip, your family and what has already been agreed. You speak to them; they speak to the hotels, drivers, venues and vendors. You are not repeating your plans to six different people.
Our office is in Gota, Ahmedabad. We arrange travel and celebrations across India, and international journeys through the same team.

Booking Process
How an enquiry becomes a confirmed arrangement.
Call, message on WhatsApp or send the enquiry form with your dates and roughly what you need. We come back with questions and then with options.
It depends entirely on what you are arranging. A wedding venue in season needs far more notice than an airport transfer. Tell us your dates and we will be straight with you about what is still realistic.
Yes, that is the usual case. Site visits, shortlists and vendor meetings happen on your behalf, and you approve by call, message or video.
Tell your point of contact. Changes are handled through the same person, and we will tell you clearly what can be moved and what a supplier has already committed to.
Payment terms depend on the services booked and the suppliers involved. They are confirmed in writing before anything is committed on your behalf. Please ask us directly for the terms that apply to your arrangement.
Travel Information
Transport, drivers and getting around.
Sedans such as the Dzire or Honda City, SUVs including the Innova Crysta and Scorpio-N, luxury saloons, and vintage cars for occasions. Daily rental with a driver is available, as are chauffeur services for the length of a stay.
Yes. We track the flight and a driver meets you inside the terminal with a name board, then helps with luggage. A delayed flight moves the pickup rather than leaving anyone waiting.
Yes. Each arrival is scheduled individually, whether that is one relative or a full guest list spread across several days.
Our drivers are trained and experienced on the routes we operate, including pilgrimage circuits and long highway days. Routes, timings and rest stops are planned before you travel.
Yes, and we would rather you told us early. Driving days get shorter, rest is built into the schedule, and hotels are chosen with lifts, room locations and access in mind.

Weddings and destination weddings, engagement ceremonies, baby showers, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, pre-wedding events and farewell parties.
Yes. We shortlist against your guest count, budget and dates, visit in person, and send back video and notes, including the things photographs do not show, such as parking, the approach and how far the rooms are from the hall.
Yes. Caterers, decorators, photographers and musicians are briefed to one plan and one running order, and our team is on site through each function.
A dedicated team covering every function with candid photography and film, producing a highlight film and short social-ready edits you can send to relatives quickly rather than months later.
Yes. Tell us the region you have in mind and your dates, and we will come back on what is possible, including the travel, accommodation and transport for guests arriving from abroad.
