Who we are

NRI Concierge Management ("we", "us") provides travel, transport, hospitality and event-management services. Our office is at A-1260, Money Plant High Street, Jagatpur Road, S.G. Highway, Gota, Ahmedabad 382470, India.

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it and what we do with it.

Information you give us

When you send an enquiry through this website, we ask for the information we need in order to reply usefully:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• The service you are interested in, if you tell us
• Your travel or event dates and the number of people travelling, if you tell us
• Whatever you write in the message field

How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, to prepare quotations and itineraries, and to arrange the services you ask us to arrange. Where an arrangement requires it, we share the details necessary to fulfil it with the relevant supplier, for example a hotel, a venue or a driver.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not involved in delivering the service you asked for.

How your enquiry reaches us

The enquiry form is delivered by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service that passes the details you submit to our own inbox. Submitting the form sends the information you typed to FormSubmit, which processes it under its own privacy policy in order to deliver it to us.

We do not use the form to build a mailing list, and we do not pass enquiry details to anyone other than the suppliers needed to fulfil what you asked for.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it, and is never sent to us.

The map on our Contact page comes from Google, and it does not load until you press the button to show it. If you do, Google may set its own cookies and will receive your IP address, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours. The office address is printed beneath the map as plain text, so you never have to load the map to find us.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will do so where we are not required to retain it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data-protection law, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR if you are resident there.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and enquiry details are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date shown above.
